The Fields lived in the Baker community, where Mr. Fields worked for Cities Service Gas Company at Ulysses, Ks, Baker and the Straight, Oklahoma plant. The perfect example of the depression farm wife, Mrs. Field was a wonderful cook and homemaker. She cooked for many years at the Baker School and later at the Guymon Memorial Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband, T.L. Fields, 2 daughters, Delnora Leudtke and Deloris Mendenhall; 4 brothers, 1 sister; and a grandson.
