Earletta Elaine Barber, 64 of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma passed from this life on Sunday, May 31, 2020 at her residence. She was born March 15, 1956 in Emporia, Kansas to her parents, Bill Earl Burns and Ruefena Couch Burns. Earletta is survived by one sister, Sherlene Burns and her husband Stephen Johnston of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and many friends and extended family members.
